Technical Product Manager
We are looking for someone to manage the local product operations life cycle for our Sellers from requirement identification to roll-out of new features to tactical activities
● Specifying local operations requirements for current and future products by conducting process analysis
● Conduct User Acceptance test once new features are being rolled-out from the regional team
● Link up with local partners (e.g., transporters, suppliers, merchants) to explain our technology and gather their requirements when it comes to connecting with Lazada infrastructure
● Train the local users to the new features and ensure new features are rolled out correctly and impact is captured
● Identify bugs / small feature improvement and feedback to the regional team
● Act as first line of escalation when issues are identified by local operations
Candidate background
● 2-5 years Experience in Software / Product Management
● Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
● Experience in API development and roll out
● Highly energetic and self-motivated
● Results driven-focus on operations & scale
● Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Fluent in Thai and English
