DSA Global, an International Marketing and Web design agency, is looking to hire a skilled person to work in our Jomtien office as a Product Manager or Product Lead.
DSA builds tools and web apps for use in the online, Internet industry: WordPress plugins, bulk server and domain management tools and more.

What You Will Be Doing
As Product Manager or Product Lead, you will guide a team to develop one or more products, identified as web applications, in line with the business strategy.
You and your team will be tasked with developing new products, and will be a key part of planning and development of these products, with a goal to increasing profitability. You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your experience and your contact with customers and prospects.
You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
You must be able to communicate in both English and Thai, with all areas of the company.
You will manage a small team of developers, and guide the development of the products according to strategically agreed specifications.

What You Need for this Position
You will need to have basic technical knowledge of Web Application development using a variety of tools.
Experience in PHP MVC Frameworks, JavaScript Development frameworks, and full stack development is highly recommended.
Imagination and ingenuity is a plus.
You will need a flexible, imaginative mind to develop products that provide value, solve real world problems, and can be developed further to compliment the other products in development.
You will need to possess management skills that allow your team to work at the highest level of quality and productivity.
