Major Responsibility
Provide first level technical support for MicroStrategy's Business Intelligence product suite. Work in a team-oriented environment to provide support to our Customer.
Contribute to research and growth of the MicroStrategy Knowledge Base by providing written documentation of all support issues received from users.
Enhance your personal and professional growth, as well as technical knowledge.

Job Requirement

• 2-5 years Data Warehousing experience.

• 2+ years experience with Microstrategy (preferred)/Cognos/Business Objects/SAS

• Fluency in Thai and Good English is required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical field (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science)

• Java, HTML, XML/XSL, SQL technologies are a plus

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Strong technical and analytical skills

• Passion for both technology and customer service

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
