System Engineer
Duties:
1. Provide the after sale service of software and be responsible to maintain and increase customer satisfaction.
2. Find out the root software issue and fix the software issue.
3. Provide and design back-up solution to customers.
4. Be responsible to customer service agreement condition such as SLA or response time guarantee.
5. Work on CRM process such as reply back to dispatcher team.
6. Improve technical knowledge continuously in order to support existing software and new coming software.
7. Submit after sale software service call report in daily basic.
8. Report to Manager when there are obstacles or needed support.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 year experiences in System Engineer.
2. Good skill and knowledge in network and database.
3. Good skill in digital multifunction product.
4. Able to communicate effectively.
5. Strong negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving.
6. Teamwork oriented.

Programmer.NET
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop new solution by coding & debug for interface program/customize by API/source code base on solution.
2. Software testing with third party software by co-operating with System Analyst.
3. On-Site support in case of program debug with System Analyst.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other IT-Related field.
2. Must has experienced in Gathering Requirement, System Design and Database Design.
3. Experienced more than 2 years in software development using ASP and .NET/Visual Studio/HTML/C#.net.
4. Knowledge in MS-SQL Database, ER Diagram.
5. Understanding the Oracle/SAP/AS400 or the other ERP will be an advantage.
6. Must be willing to under pressure.
7. 1+ years of office automation marketing /product management experience.
8. Excellent teamwork skills.
9. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Programmer Software Development
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Support and Co-operation with SA to estimate timeline and find out solution of customize or development process to follow requirement from customer.
2. Design look and feel of Web page and Document.
3. Coding the software in related to PSB products and DOCS services.
4. Unit testing the developed software.
5. Give information and consult to customer, DOCS, PSB, program tester, pre-sale for problem of formatting document application.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or Higher in Computer Science or IT related field.
2. At least 2 years’ experience related to VC++, C#.NET, VB Programming and SQL.
3. Knowledge to use Publishing Software such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
4. Good Skill in document design and web page design.
5. Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints.
6. Able to work in a dynamic environment which requires greater flexibility and adaptability.
7. Good self learning skill.
8. Good interpersonal skill.
9. Excellent teamwork skill.
10. Service Mind.
11. Fair-to-good in spoken and written English.
