ลักษณะงาน

-สร้างเอกสารการออกแบบเกม
-วิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง, การออกแบบระบทเกมและบาลานซ์เกม และทดสอบเกม
-ออกแบบเลเวลของเกมรวมไปถึงแผนที่
-พัฒนาปรับปรุงกฎของเกม, การตั้งค่า, เรื่องราวและตัวละคร รวมไปถึงอุปกรณ์ต่างๆในเกม เช่น อาวุธ และ ยานพาหนะ
-สร้างสรรค์วิธีการต่างๆในการเล่นเกม

ความรู้อื่นๆที่จำเป็น

-มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในรายละเอียดของตลาดเกม และความคาดหวังของลูกค้าในปัจจุบัน
-สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ และปรับตัวเข้ากับสถานการณ์กดดันได้ดี
-สามารถอธิบายความคิดใหม่ๆ ข้อเสนอแนะต่างๆให้กับทีม และสามารถทำให้ทุกคนเห็นภาพได้อย่างชัดเจน
-ทำงานร่วมกับโปรแกรมเมอร์และทีมอาร์ทติสได้เป็นอย่างดี

คุณสมบัติ

-จบปริญญาตรีสาขาใดก็ได้
-มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านการออกแบบเกมไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ปี
-สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียนได้ในระดับดี
-ชอบเล่นเกมหลากหลายรูปแบบและสนใจศึกษารูปแบบเกมใหม่ๆอยู่เสมอ
-เข้าใจความสนุกสนานของตัวเกมอย่างชัดเจน
-เป็นผู้สื่อสารที่ดีและมีความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์
-ค้นคว้าหาความรู้เพิ่มเติมอยู่เสมอๆ

If you want to improve the experience of Game industry across networks, then this may be the right opportunity for you. We are looking for a talented Game Balancer to help us shape and develop a range of mid-core, new casual & social games.

What you would be doing:

-Create the game design document (GDD)
-Competitor analysis, game systems design & balancing, testing
-Create the game level & map
-Develop the rules of the game, the setting, story and characters, props such as weapons and vehicles
-Create different ways the game may be played.

Other skills include:

-A detailed knowledge of the games market and current consumer expectations
-The ability to script and are able to integrate content into the game
-The ability to work as part of a team
-The ability to articulate your ideas, suggestions and to illustrate them with references
-The ability to collaborate closely with a product team including programmers, artists

Qualification:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
-Must have 1 year minimum experience as Game Balancer
-Good command in English
-Love to play and explore different kinds of game
-Understand the very fine distinction of what is fun and what is amazingly fun in games
-Good communicator with strong critical thinking and analytical skills
-Always looking for unique experiences
