Network Operator

Responsibilities

Tier 1 incident analysis and fix
Incident Dispatcher
Install Move Add Change (IMAC) Operation
Maintain Configuration Database (CMDB) including diagrams
Maintain Network Inventory
Provide Network Performance & SLA reports
End to End Monitoring per KBank requirements
IP Address Management
Support 7x24

Qualification

Minimum 1 year experience in Network Operation
Experience in, and knowledge of basic Network Operation including Install, Move, Add, Change
Cisco CCNA is preferable
ITIL is preferable

Network Engineer (Jr)

Responsibilities

Tier 1 incident analysis and fix
Incident Dispatcher
Install Move Add Change (IMAC) Operation
Maintain Configuration Database (CMDB) including diagrams
Maintain Network Inventory
Provide Network Performance & SLA reports
End to End Monitoring per KBank requirements
IP Address Management
Support 7x24

Qualification

Network and Firewall @ Non-DC

Minimum 1 year experience in Network Operation
Experience in, and knowledge of basic Network Operation including Install, Move, Add, Change
Cisco CCNA is preferable
ITIL is preferable
Able to drive and have a driving license

Network Engineer (Middle Level)

Responsibilities

Support all network requests including Implement and Operation
Be Tier1 Network Operation Support including
Network Troubleshooting
Network Performance Tuning
Network Capacity Planning and Management
Network Vendor Management
Ensure that network diagrams, configurations and inventory are maintained properly
Ensure that network devices are monitored properly
Perform Network Patch and Hardening periodically
Troubleshoot and analyze the debug logs and packet captures

Qualifications

LAN

Minimum 3 years experience in,large scale Network Implement, and operation especially in Data Center Networking, Campus Networking area, Network Wireless area
In depth knowledge of Cisco and Non Cisco Product i.e. Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst 6500, F5, Bluecoat
CCNP certified is preferable
CCNA certified is a must

WAN

Minimum 3 years Experience in large scale Network Implement, and operation especially in Branch Networking area (> 100 branches)
In depth knowledge of Cisco Product i.e. ASR Series, ISR Series, WAAS
CCNP certified is preferable
CCNA certified is a must

Voice, Video and Contact Center

Minimum 3 years experience in Network Implementation and Operation
Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Experience in, and knowledge of Cisco SAFE Blueprint Architecture
Being able to do Network Analysis by using Protocol Analyzer
Being able to do Network Tuning, Capacity Planning and Management
ITIL foundation is mandatory
CCNA Voice or related certification is a must
In depth knowledge in Cisco and non-Cisco product
Knowledge of Cisco SAFE Blueprint Architecture

Firewall

Minimum 3 year experience in Network Implementation and Operation for the security product/service
In depth knowledge of Cisco Product i.e. ASA, Juniper, Checkpoint
CCSP or equivalent certification is preferable

Network and Firewall @ DC & DR

Minimum 5 year experience large scale Network operation especially in Data Center Networking, Campus Networking area, Security Area
In depth knowledge of Cisco and Non Cisco Product i.e. Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst 6500, F5, Bluecoat, ASA, Juniper, Checkpoint
In depth knowledge of Cisco Product i.e. ASR Series, ISR Series, WAAS
CCNP certified is preferable
CCNA certified is a must

Network Specialist

Respoonsibilities

Support all network requests including Design and Implement
Be Tier2 Network Operation Support including
Network Troubleshooting
Network Performance Tuning
Network Capacity Planning and Management
Network Vendor Management
Network Root Cause Analysis
Network Architect, Design, Solution
Ensure that network diagrams, configurations and inventory are maintained properly
Provide Network Consultant Service

Qualification

Data Center & LAN Specialist

Minimum 8 years experience in large scale Network design, Implement, and operation especially in Data Center Networking, Campus Networking area, Network Wireless area
In depth knowledge of Cisco and Non Cisco Product i.e. Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst 6500, F5, Bluecoat
A proven track record of success project implementation/management related to Data Center & LAN
CCNP certified is a must

Branch - ATM & WAN Specialist

Minimum 8 years experience in large scale Network design, Implement, and operation especially in Branch Networking area (> 100 branches)
In depth knowledge of Cisco Product i.e. ASR Series, ISR Series, WAAS
A proven track record of success project implementation/management related to WAN
CCNP certified is a must

Contact Center, UC and Voice Specialist

Minimum 8 years experience in Network design, Implementation and Operation
A proven track record of success project implementation/management related to WAN
Experience in, and knowledge of Cisco SAFE Blueprint Architecture
Being able to do Network Analysis by using Protocol Analyzer
Being able to do Network Tuning, Capacity Planning and Management
