Main Responsibilities

-Provide global technical support to business units around the global regarding MPLS connection, Check Point FW, Bluecoat Proxy, Juniper SSL VPN, Beeware. FTP servers, DNS servers, RSA, Cisco switches and routers
-Liaise and support on the verities of networking projects with another IT Team
-Daily incidents and service requests support
-Maintain and update technical documents.
-Analyze and research a new technology and solution
-Provide a solution according to business requirement such as new network design

Qualifications
-5 – 10 years experience in the IT infrastructure and network field
-Knowledge of dynamic routing OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
-Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking analyzing using tcpdump, wireshark
-Interpersonal and good written and verbal communication in English
-Good team player in multi culture environment.
-Delicate in detail
-Willing to earn extra mile
-Advantage if holding CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, CCSE certificates
