Main Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Responding, resolving and troubleshooting 2nd level Support issues on all IT areas
- Support servers, applications and other technical platforms around the clock on a rota basis
- Coordinate Service Desk activities with regional and global team
-Work with different levels of the Technical support team to escalate more complex issues for resolution
-Follow up and pro-actively address critical monitoring issues
-Must be ready and willing to work in a shift based environment including night time work
-Communicate with local and regional peers in English
-Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience in IT support field
Knowledge in Windows Server technology.
Basic knowledge in network and TCP/IP
Understanding of Linux OS would be advantage
Good communication skills using the English language both written and verbal.
