PE Resourcing Service Co., Ltd. is seeking for qualified person following the position

Responsibilities:
- Study and understand the system specification in order to provide technical / application suggestions / solutions.
- Investigate incident and fix application issues.
- Manage outsourced providers to develop solutions and functionality changes to serve the business needs.
- Act as a liaison party to communicate all application issues to vendors, follow up and follow through for all incidents / problems to closure.

Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science or related discipline
- Good command in English.
- 3-5 years IT experience with at least 2 years of hands-on working experience in web application development preferably in the following technologies: PHP,.NET, MS SQL, Web Service, Crystal Reports, and system integration.
- Knowledge of any ERP systems is beneficial.
- Proven systems analysis & design experience.
- To be able to multi-task
- To be able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a regional team.
