System developer / Back-end programmer

Job description:
The main task is to develop and maintain web and e-commerce solutions using the WebOn platform based on LAMP technology. You will work closely with your colleagues in cross-functional teams. The main development languages and platforms are Perl, PHP/Zend and MySQL.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor/master degree of Computer Science or related fields
- Strong knowledge of one or more back-end web programming languages (such as PHP, Perl, Python or Ruby on Rails) is required
- Knowledge of other programming languages (Java, C/C++, C#, Obj-C, Scala, ActionScript, JS etc) will be an advantage
- Knowledge of one or more web programming frameworks (such as Zend, Yii, Laravel, Grails, Rails, Django etc.) is desired (but not necessary)
- Knowledge of data modeling, SQL and use of database solutions (especially MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL) is required
- Some knowledge of OOP and MVC concepts is required
- Experience using version control systems (especially Git) is desired
- Experience with using and developing Web Service Integrations using REST and/or SOAP is desired
- Participation in open source development of web applications or frameworks will be an advantage
- Experience in using Atlassian JIRA for task management will be an advantage
- 22-33 years old
- Good English skills
- Thai nationality
