Skills we need

• 2+ years experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Good Thai and English language skills (spoken & written).
• Have exposure to a spectrum of clientele, ranging from enterprise to small businesses, and Thai to international.
• Have a general understanding of web/mobile development.
• Certification PMI/SCRUM Alliance highly desireable.
• Able to use a range of online or desktop tools such as MS Project, JIRA Agile, MindManager/XMind, Balsamiq, Invisionapp or other tools.
• Strong analytical skills along with MS Excel/Google Doc spreadsheets and Google Analytics or other similar tools.
• Willingness to share & learn new skills.

Nice to haves

• Experience of digital project management, ideally with international and Thai clients.
• Can manage not just projects but also provide project leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in client management & communications.
• Enjoys client handling and talking to clients; with diplomatic confidence and assertiveness when required.
• Ability to proactively identify, solve and manage project problems, issues and risks.
• Honesty; guts to say "I don't understand, please explain".
• Good Thai and English language skills (spoken & written).

About you

• Manage project schedules and budgets ensuring we deliver on time and on budget.
• Use a combination of agile techniques to ensure a fluid project delivery environment.
• Manage clients and their expectations whilst delivering projects at the highest quality/value possible.
• Participate in client meetings as well as find opportunities to maintain these customer relationships.
• Get involved in projects for early discussions to contract negotiations, ending with project delivery.
• Manage internal project reporting using project dashboard, issue / risk registers as needed, and other Project Management tools & processes as required.
