DPM (Thailand) - Job Opening for Technical Consultant

Our main solution now is Dynatrace APM. It is currently the world market leader in APM (that applied to Thailand market share as well). From Gartner Magic Quadrant, Dynatrace are also being in leader quadrant for 5 years consecutively.

What will you do?:
Generally speaking, you will be responsible for all technical parts of the project.
As we approach a prospect, we will need you to consult them, perform proof-of-concept and document or present the technical information related to the project.
When we win the project, we will need you to implement the solution, provide training and documentation. Then revisit customer from time-to-time as per agreed maintenance.
However, do not fret too much about technical stuffs. We have the most completed learning mechanism just like university, and also a large members of community and documentation to support you. Last but not least, you will have support from direct superior who is experienced and also techy guy just like you.
Who should be the perfect matched for this?:
We are growing company, therefore an ability to learn new technology in short timeframe is needed. As sometimes you may be by yourselves without superior to support, we expected you to be self-learner and have remarkable problem-solving skill as well.
Because all the learning materials and most communication will be in English, we will need you to at least fluent in reading and writing English documentation. The skill to listen and speak in English is somewhat needed as well. But not to worry for now, we will help you get better in that.
Since you will surely be at front facing our customers. An ability to communicate with client effectively is needed as well as the ability to convey your obstacle and concerns back to your team.

- I haven’t heard of your company before. How long have you been established and will you sustain?
Answer
We have just established the firm in year 2015. However, we have been doing this business for over 3 years already. And we are growing quite fast in revenue and market share. That’s why we recruit more people in the first place.
About sustainability, while we are now the clear market leader in Thailand, we know the market are still largely untapped and a lot more potential we can open. Our plan is to recruit potential participants to lead the team later on. This is your great opportunity to join us during the early stage and grow big together. - What are the welfare that you provide?
Answer

Answer
Although, we rarely need it. We do plan to rent our own office soon. For now, we encourage our employee to work at client’s or partner’s office. Or even work from home. - What is your working hour?
Answer
We know people in digital era are result-oriented and we are flexible. As long as you can deliver the result as agreed upon, there is no need to work 9am – 6pm. Sometimes, you may need to work at late night. But we are fair enough to postpone your work the next day.
