Scope of Work
Local Business Application Support :
1. Provide application support to end users
2. Conduct analysis based on user requirement.
3. Perform program development, implementation and testing.
4. Find out the root cause of issue and address work around solution and long term solution.
5. Change Request management (as less as possible).
6. Provide raw data from Database as business request via Service Request management.

Business As Usual :
1. Work as agreed assignment
2. Ensure service levels are met
Purpose of Role The primary purpose of this role is to support Service Deliver Manager and Business Analyst for some project activities which have certain timeline and project delivery plan.

This role will also work with some of business users.
Qualifications and Experience Required
1. University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
2. Programming Skill , 3+ years’ experience
3. Windows server experience
4. Advance programming language (VB6 ,VB.net, C#)
5. Advance Relational Database (SQL),ETL Process
6. Knowledge in IBM Cognos is an advantage.
7. Intermediate Project Management and System Analysis
8. Documentation
9. Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills.
10. Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior

*This position is initial contract for 12 months, the extension will consider prior contract end 2 months.
