About the Role 



We are looking for a creative and technically accomplished PHP Developer who will be responsible for the creation, administration, modification and support of our client’s dynamic and database-driven web page.
Your time will be spent developing applications/websites from concept through to design and release. You will be given responsibility and ownership over a variety of projects, all dedicated towards the experience of both the customers and internal colleagues.

You will also have the opportunity to cross skill into iPhone/Android application development if that is of interest to you.

• Work with project managers to review and understand their business processes and requirements.
• Estimate required effort and ensure the time estimate are respected
• Setup and configure Systems to provide an efficient response to the customer request
• Support system integration.
• Maintain project documentation including technical specifications.
• Clearly communicate project status and progress
• Ensure consistency and coding standards within the team.
• Lead a team of 5 or more developers.

Requested qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in PHP development.
- Good problem solving skill
- Is a fast learner. Able to self-learning with minimum guidance.
- Analytic & Business focus mind
- Highly adaptive/agile. Motivate to learn new technologies to increase technical skills
- Ability to work in a team and to collaborate with other member around project
- Knowledge of Web Standards and user-oriented design
- Well-versed in Web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript and AJAX.
- MySQL database design, configuration and performance tuning
- Knowledge / Experience in Web framework or CMS such as Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla is a plus

- Must have a strong common sense
- Good command in English, both verbally and written.
