Qualifications:-

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineer or any IT related fields
• At least 2 years’ experience in hardware, software, OS and backup application implementation
• Strong skill and knowledge in Linux (Redhat/SUSE), NetBackup, Trend micro deep security or AIX, WebSphere, Oracle Database
• Knowledge of Veeam Backup, VMWare and VMWare view implementation is a plus
• Hardware skill set in Dell , HP, IBM, SUN would be advantage
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal direction
• Ability to work in a team environment , Strong senses of customer service and team spirit
• Continuous learning and professional development
• Good Command of spoken and written English
• Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints

Responsibilities:-

• Install and setup OS for :
o Intel Products such as Linux, Windows server, VMWare, vSAN and related products (or)
o Enterprise Product such as AIX, WebSphere,Oracle Database and related products
• Plan and Design overall system architecture for enterprise application such as securities, backup/recovery, system infrastructure
• Install and configure hardware and/or software solutions and make it ready to use for customer
• Track problems found during installation / configuration activities
• Implement Backup System such as NetBackup, or Veeam products
• Troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Document detailed system architecture
• Deliver professional presentation to client
• Installing, managing and maintaining components in system architecture.
• Assist project team in doing performance test or POC
• Provide post installation and/or maintenance support for customer

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality, age 20-30 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Computer, Marketing or IT related field.
• Fresh Graduate who have strong background in IT are welcome
• Experience 0-2 years in IT field would be a plus
• Responsible for overall marketing support activities
• Excellent Command of spoken and written English and Thai is absolute essential
• Able to work under pressure, and comfortable in fast-paced working environment
• Dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic, ambitions with a high self driven

Responsibilities

• Lead development and analyze market information to improve sales volumes
• Search new potential customer and maintaining Relationship with existing customer
• Contact possible prospects using phone, e-mail, web and direct mail as tools
• Coordinate and support sales team
• Analyze and summarize Customer Profile & History and Maintains a database of client contact information
• Qualify the need and buying cycle prospect to generate qualified lead list
• Distribute qualified lead list to sales team to follow up
• Communicate with sales team to gather required information for updating database and also keep closely relationship with customers
• To be representative of company to gather issue and feedback from customer
