Senior iOS Developer

**Job Purpose:**
Take ownership of the architecture and development of iOS apps - from the design phase, through the full development cycle and launch in the Apple App Store.

Job Descriptions:

Confirm project requirement before programming, by reviewing program objectives, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client.
Choose or create libraries and frameworks as necessary.
Work closely with the team to design and write application test plans, test scripts, and use case scenarios.
Validate program operation by conducting unit and system tests; modifying program sequence and / or code.
Maintain and handle any source code files, delivery product, project documents, and other related project materials.
Prepares reference for users/customer by writing operating or technical instructions.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Require Skills:

Good command / skill-level for both verbal and written English.
Strong proficiency in X-Code interface builder and related tools / instruments.
Strong experience in design, development and maintenance of code, primarily written in Objective-C, Cocoa, iPhone, iPad SDK.
Experience working as a client with RESTful and SOAP Web Services (JSON and XML) and APIs.
Memory management, profiling and app performance analysis.
Ability to implement / follow design and coding standards.
Ability to learn existing project / code architecture and perform enhancements.
Experience publishing finished application to Apple App Store for release.
Monitor app and develop fixes / enhancements.
Proficiency in estimation methodologies for application development.
Familiar with social media integration (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

UI/UX Designer

**Job Purpose:**
UI/UX Designer to turn idea into amazing designs as well as delightful user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI and UX skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Team Leader and Project Manager to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Present user interface concepts and design approaches clearly and convincingly
Deliver cutting edge, intuitive UI designs, from concept through to launch
Define and develop current GUI style guides, standards and design practices, as well as remain knowledgeable about emerging GUI standards and trends
Maintain design consistency via the use of style guides, style sheets and enforcement of established standards and best practices
Work closely with Web and Mobile Application Developers to bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks as well as meet technical requirements
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback, then apply the result to user experience design

Require Skills:

Excellent UI design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
User-centered Design methodology experience, a plus
Stay up to date with new technologies, techniques and design trends
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to all levels within an organization
Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
Familiar with social media integration (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
