Job Responsibilities :
-Provide single point of contact for customer via telephone systems and/or mailing system
-Provide basic support to customer according to agreed procedure
-Open, dispatch, maintain status in multiple ticketing systems to ensure that requests are closed/completed within time frames
-Manage and monitoring alerts from the system and escalate to the responsible team
-Communicate with local and regional peers in English
-Must be ready and willing to work in a shift based (24x7) environment including night time work
-Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications :
-IT support experience would be advantage
-Basic computer knowledge is prefer
-Good communication skills in English both, speaking and writing (3rd language such as German, French, Chinese, Japanese would be advantage )
-Bachelors Degree in any fields are welcome but computer related filed would be advantage
