RESPONSIBILITIES :-
• Design, Implement, Maintenance Server/Windows Unix
• Design, Implement, Maintenance related application
• Conduct product training.
• 24-hours pager on-duty services.
• Assist sales/marketing department to set up demonstration equipment.
• Provide sales with technical guidance and demonstration where applicable.
• To understand and correctly use the escalation procedure.
• To maintain technical competency on assigned product range.
• To understand and correctly use the escalation procedure (vendors).
• Technical liaison with customers.
• Project management and implementation

REQUIREMENTS :-
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• 2-4 years works experience in Server, Desktop IT field
• Software skill set in Microsoft, Linux, Web application is a must
• Hardware skill set in HP, IBM, Dell would be advantage
• Hold MCP/MCSA/MCSE Certified Engineer certificate or equivalent
• Good command in writing and speaking English
• To be a punctual and effective manner
• Self-initiative, good interpersonal skill and hardworking
