What You Will Be Doing
- Recruit and hire a team of developers to create, maintain and optimize our backend, mobile, and web apps
- Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams
- Manage both in-house and third party service providers and consultants
What You Need for this Position
- Successful track history managing a team of developers
- Expert level software development experience
- Objective-C / iOS / C++ (preferred)
- Database-driven web site development experience
- Native app development experience
- Cloud server management ( ideally across multiple countries)
- Willingness to learn from others and share your knowledge
- Ability to work in a faced-paced environment
- Work closely with internal management to convert our Ideas and designs into efficient scalable solutions
- Create technology strategic plans and budgets with emphasis on cost/benefits analysis
