Responsibility:
• Use SAS DI Studio to do ETL jobs from Oracle/SQL RDBMS for Data Warehouse.
• Developing and maintaining ETL jobs using SAS DI to meet the needs of our business.
• Create SAS BI reports with SAS Web Report Studio and SAS BI tools
• Analysing business needs for migrating data and come up with solid solutions for doing so.
• Troubleshooting and optimisation ETL code, interpreting logs, performing data validation and other ETL-related tasks.
• Writing technical specification and architecture documents.
• Conducting code reviews and participating in technical design.
• Supporting BI team and DBAs in managing jobs.

Profile:
• At least 3 years experience with SAS programming, Macros, SQL.
• Familiarity with SAS 9.X Intelligence Platform.
• Familiarity with SAS BI Server technology
• Extensive Oracle/SQL RDBMS experience.
• Ability to write quality SAS/ETL codes.
• Able to write high-quality technical documentation.
• Ability to lead and train others in SAS DI/ETL best practices.
• Familiar with Data Modeling/Data Architecting
• Excellent troubleshooting and optimization skills.
• Experience in performance-tuning of ETL packages.
• Ability to come up with creative solutions to business problems and clearly communicate them.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
