“Network Engineer”

(20,000 - 45,000 THB)
• Provide day to day operation support to the site assigned
• Incident and Problem Management
• Troubleshooting on site
• Ensure that the events are handled till closure
• Check site and conduct site audits as needed
• Technical consultation to customers on product operation and configuration.
• Provide hardware and Software support to customer both over the phone and on-site.
• 24-hours mobile phone on-duty services.
• To understand and correctly use the escalation procedure.
• To maintain technical competency on assigned product range.
• To understand and correctly use the escalation procedure (vendors).

“Services Architect”

(20,000 - 30,000 THB)
• Presale Uptime Service (Maintenance)
• Quote BOM Uptime
• Presale Monitoring Service

“Service Desk Engineer”

(20,000 - 40,000 THB)
• Provide full support to customers upstream operations on PC desktop technical computing including hardware and software applications to IT users both national and expatriate employees & contractors such as trouble-shooting, analyzing, maintaining, etc. in order to proactively and effectively applies IT solutions to be aligned with business objectives and Service Level Agreements(SLAs).
• Develop and implement the workflow/problem/information management process to be compliance with IT Infrastructure Security, Information -Protection, company’s policies, procedures and guidelines. In addition, coordination and provide IT technical professional advise and appropriate office tools/resolutions to meet business needs.
• Support, assist and implement the IT related projects and services.
• Participate in a formal, global communications network.

QUALIFICATIONS :-

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, IT or any field
• 1 –5 years’ experience in CISCO and IT Technologies
• Good Knowledge of LAN, WAN and computer system
• Good command in writing and speaking English
• Self-initiative, good interpersonal skills and hardworking
