Responsibilities :
- Work with the IT Team and IT suppliers for the IT projects related to the installation & sustenance of IT Network, backup and other IT components in all sites within the market that is aligned with Bumrungrad IT standards & guidelines.
- Provide 1st level of IT infrastructure, IT Network, IT Security support e.g. Servers, Workstation, Printers, Network, etc to improve, streamline and standardize IT support processes.
- Diagnose system-related incidents and take correct for the immediate resolution; escalate to the IS/IT for second level resolution.
- Complete the works as scheduled / in accordance with service level agreements and meets the business requirements as defined.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, Thai Nationality only
- University degree or higher in relevant or equivalent
at least 1 years’ experience in supporting IT Infrastructure, IT Network, IT Security for the companies - In-depth knowledge in IT operations i.e. infrastructure, networking, security and compliance which includes hands-on set-up and support users
- Fair command of English communication
Ability to work as a shift
Skills Required :-

- ITIL Methodology, Monitoring tool
- Microsoft Training course is an advantage
