The Maid2Clean Cleaner Portal allows registered cleaners with the agency to manage their workload, retrieve contact details for their clients, interact with the office & keep track of their schedule.
Key features include but not limited to:
- View your upcoming Interviews, First Cleans & Temp Covers
- Submit feedback on your outstanding events (First Clean Feedback & Submit Outcome of Interviews)
- View current client details and their contact details- Update your availability online, using simple sliders
- Receive notifications for when new work is available in the area & reminders of upcoming events
- Find & apply for more work in your local area
- Contact details for your local office
- Report absence or holiday dates directly so we can liaise with your clients
Find more work in your area:
You will be able to browse all of the jobs currently available in your area, view routes to them & request the job. All the job details are available including; Postcode, Frequency, Hours, Preferred Days/Times, Rate/hr & whether the client requires Ironing or has Pets.
You also have the ability to view out of area jobs in the event that you may be able to reach a particular client, but it isn't in your current area list.
Jobs are also available to view in a Map View - that shows pins on the map for the location of the job, allowing you to quickly assess whether the jobs are within your range.
Client Details:

All of your client details will be available online, including days/times & all contact details.

You can also let us know of any changes to your clients regular service online.
Availability:

Update your availability with the click of a button. Select the days and times that suit you, whilst informing your local office of the change too.

Let us know if you can't make any of your client's cleans or if you've recently booked time off.
Contact Maid2Clean:
You will be able to contact your local office(s) directly from within the app, providing telephone numbers and contact details.
