We're looking for Back end Developer
Position Activities:
- Ensure that all backend integrations to related internal and external systems are solid and fully functional.
- Ensure that the website is technically excellent.
- Work closely with a cross functional teams, within and outside marketing, to modify and update existing web pages, sites, and other online presence.
- Work closely with the design team to implement new web pages and sites when necessary.
- Recommendations that will help with optimal scalability and performance.
- Document use of API connectors.
- Integrating data or user accounts between multiple systems for a client.
- Integrating multiple databases and/or database types into one system.
- Managing a hosting environment, and has administered databases.
- Scaling an application and/or its hosting environment to support increases in traffic.
- Setting up or using a version control system, and manage control with file based assets and data.
- Implementing, managing or using a backup system and disaster recovery.
- Securing data or access to applications with multiple user levels, or has the ability to customize based on user levels.
- Implementing or working with a template driven system with a clear separation between content and display. *comment.
- Using XMLHTTPRequest and Javascript to create web applications.
- Working with multiple delivery platforms such as mobile versus desktop.

Requirements:
- Expert in web standards and usability.
- Java development experience, including building and supporting user facing web products
- Experience programming with Java, Java Server Pages (JSP), JavaScript and AJAX, HTML
- Demonstrated thought leadership around cutting edge technologies
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
