A Developer is required to join the Team by assisting Development. Current branch is expanding due to ramping up to the Production phase for our in-House software product.
Job Detail
The candidate’s core responsibilities will be to work in the Development team to maintain and build new features into the Product. This will be mainly in C# which can use MS .Net Framework and other technologies.
Role & Responsibilities
- You will work on every aspect of technical development, from requirement analysis, design, development, testing through to deployment for various call center applications.
- It is essential that you are able to code efficiently, analyze complex issues and solve problems.
- You will be self-motivated and proactive.
- To learn new technologies and apply them within a timeframe.
Skills and Competencies
- Good command to speak and understand English to communicate with team members both written and verbal.
- You must have experience of software development.
- You must have a minimum of 1+ years of the Microsoft .NET Framework, C# and OOP.
- Understanding of C# and ASP.Net using Visual Studio.NET 2008 or higher.
- Must be a team player and be able to meet deadlines.
The following is a list of desired assets, but are not essential for the position:
- Call Center technologies or operations experience is a definite advantage, but training will be provided.
- Knowledge of web technologies preferred (i.e. Ajax, Java Script and JQuery)
- Experience with MS SQL and programming T-SQL or Stored Procedures are an asset.
- Knowledge of Avaya, Nortel, SIP, Genesys, Aspect, NEC, and various Call Center products are definitely an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Some knowledge of programming techniques (e.g. Design Patterns and UML).
