Job description:
1.Window person of cosmetics sales to Drugstores, Supermarket and Convenience
Stores and etc.
2.Coordinate with customers and inner departments.
3.Make contract, quotation.
4.Control inventory and delivery
5.Managing order process, schedules, sales documentation and related documents.
6.Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations/contract made for clients.
7.Handles the inquiries from existing and new clients and provides details about
the products offered by them over the phone or via e-mails.
8.Liaise between other departments and the client both domestic and overseas to
provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time
restraints.
9.Take care of customer’s requirements and making documents such as sales reports
etc.
Qualifications:
1.Thai Nationality, Male/Female age over 30 years old.
2.Bachelor’s degree in related field.
3.Having experience in trading company is advantageous.
4.Excellent interpersonal skill and negotiation skill.
5.Very good command of written and spoken English.
6.Service mind and work well under pressure.
