Customer Service and Community Manager
YogaTrail is the World’s Yoga Network online. We are a dynamic, international startup with open positions for friendly and detail oriented people to join us in Chiang Mai as Customer Service and Community Managers.
The job is full-time and entails these key responsibilities:
— Answering user questions (customer service)
— Administering and curating the content of the YogaTrail website
— Communicate with the global yoga community via emails, and telephone
You will receive full training in delivering impeccable customer service and community management. You will interact daily, mostly by email, with a large number of users, so above all you need to be willing to learn and have a positive attitude. Your work will also involve looking at reports and screening newly created profiles on the website.
No prior experience is required but you must:
— Have excellent written and spoken English
— Be very patient, kind and diplomatic
— Be very meticulous and pay attention to detail
— Be able to make decisions and think independently
— Have a good memory
