Position: Sr. Software Engineer

Job Description
- Developing software application modules using disciplined software development processes, unit testing and implementing application modules
- Translating technical requirements into application code and modules and may be responsible for writing basic design specifications.
- Typically working on one or more than one project at a time.
- Provides assistance in researching new and emerging technologies.
- Work with team mates on multi-person tasks and integrate marketing and customer input.
Requirement (Experience/Qualification)
- Graduate or post graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
- 3-5 years developing commercial server software on Linux/Unix.
- Must have experience in standard software engineering practices, including the use of coding standards and systems for version control, build, regression test.
- Applicable Object-Oriented programming experience.
- Strong problem solving, data analysis, design, and testing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Expected to be highly skilled in PHP, MySql, Sqlite, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, HTML5 and NoSQL DB.
- Knowledges and experiences on Apache, SSH, and Unix administration are plus.
- Have experience in developing for mobile platforms, mobile application and mobile web would be an advantage.
- Must have a can-do self-starter attitude.
- Drive to meet schedule commitments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
