Job description:

Reviewing current systems
Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
Working closely with analysts, designers and staff
Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes
Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
Preparation of training manuals for users
Maintaining the systems once they are up and running

Qualification:

Male or Female
Age at least 28 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related fields
Experience 3 years up in Software Developer related field (Hands-on exp. in real world software development)
Able to use C, C#, C++, Java or JavaScript programming
Knowledgeable in Speech Recognition, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Linux Administration, MySQL Administration, Chef, Asterisk, VoiceXML, AVAYA, Genesys, PBX or Ruby on Rails is adv.
Deep & Strong programming skill, and pragmatic knowledge of software design, object-oriented programming & software quality
Good initiative, strong analytical, problem solving, good communication & interpersonal skills
Highly motivated & enthusiastic about learning new technologies
Able to work independently, but also willing to contribute & work as team
Good command in English
Proficiency in MS.Office
