Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in computer engineering or related field.
- 1 – 5 years of experience required
- Proficiency in computer programming i.e. arithmetic, algebra, algorithm, debugging, database, data structure, object-oriented programing, procedural programming, problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating system, Utilities, and Scripting
- Proficiency in coding the scripting language i.e Bash, C, Perl, TCL, Python, and/or Java
- Ability to use VHDL/Verilog for IC design
- Ability to learn various new specific computer scripting/language to assist design team
Job Responsibilities:
- Front-to-back IC EDA support for analog and mixed-signal designs based on EDA.
- Script preparation and facility support to IC designer both digital and analog.
- Shell environment management
- Tool configuration and application
- Tool debugging
- PDK and Foundry IP installation
- Configuration management
- EDA library and own IP development
- New EDA/CAD solution based on designer requirements.
- Working with the local IT team to ensure computer infrastructure is optimized for design and EDA requirements with maximized efficiency.
- Instruct new designer to be familiar with our EDA environments.
- User guide documentation
