• Work together with IC design engineer team to design and develop the IC test system which include firmware and software by using various programming Language (i.e. C, C++, C#, VB, etc.) for new IC product
• Support IC design engineers in IC verification phase and developing the test methodology, test plan, and IC evaluation platform
• Analyze and evaluate firmware and software coding, verify and validate mixed-signal test systems
• Keep records of firmware, software bugs and errors and develop preventive measures for future projects
• Launch the test system at supplier and customer’s location which can be offshore
• Maintain the best practice of firmware and software development process in team
• Communicate directly with supplier or customer as requested

Requirements:

• At least 0-2 year experience in firmware and software development in an area where quality is the most critical, e.g. automotive software
• Good command of C programming language in microcontroller
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field
  Advantage Requirements:
• Experience in the field of software quality assurance role
• Knowledge of software engineering standards: CMMI, ISO, TQS
• Hands on experience in electronics
• Experience in hardware development
