GMM CJ O Shopping Co., Ltd,

a joint venture company between GMM Grammy PCL and CJ O Shopping Co., Ltd from Korea, is going to set up the new dimension of home shopping business that offers optimum home shopping experience. We are looking for;

Software Engineer (4 Positions)

Responsibilities:

- This position will be responsible for Analysis, Design, Coding and Testing the TV/Internet shopping application.
- Participate in requirements gathering and confirm requirements, scope and timeline with users
- Designs new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.
- Planning and working flexibly to a deadline.

Qualifications:

- Male/Female/Thai nationality.
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- 0 -5 years experience developing software using Java / Spring Framework / J2EE, HTML, JSP, JavaScript Skills. (New grads are welcome)
- Experiences in Software development using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.

Good command of written and spoken English.
Service-minded, hard working and excellent teamwork.
Experiences in Retail industry is plus.
Experiences in E-Commerce web development is plus.

IT Support

Responsibilities:

- Installing and maintaining hardware, software, services, settings, storage, etc.
- Installing and configuring the operating system and related software products on new or corrupted system
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Managing customer queries on technical problems, service and support on hardware or software systems
- Single point of Contact for IT incident, problem and IT service request from user
- Managing vendors or supplier on technical problems on hardware problem
- Maintain an up-to-date status inventory and maintenance computer hardware, software, replacement parts and program upgrades
- The scope of managing system : Personal Computer, IP Phone, Printer, WiFi modem, Other office devices

Qualifications:

- Male/Female/Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer science, Computer engineering or related field
- 0~2 years experience in IT support
- Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft based operating systems/ Windows 7, MS Office, Printer

Good problem solving and communication skills
