SAP Support Officer/60K plus benefits
Responsibilities :-
• Manage service/ users request relates to SAP, including investigate the situation and diagnose the underlying causes to ultimately assists SAP key users in recovering or continuing operations
• Solve problem and finding the solution for end users
• To be responsible for doing task as assigned by Head of Department and coordinated works with
• Head Office Information System, and regional IT department in China, and Indonesia.
• Provide updated information to users on SAP changes and related system/ process e.g. development, issues, errors, etc.
• Proactively support and/ or arrange training to end-users to solve and improve the operational SAP system and related processes.
Qualifications :-
• Male or Female and Thai nationality.
• Age 25 years old up.
• Bachelor or higher in Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related.
• Minimum 2 years or more working experience in all SAP modules (preferably FI/CO).
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Possess personal attributes such as creativity, positive thinking, quick learning, imagination, leadership, judgment and maturity, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative.
• Consulting background is preferable.
