Major Responsibilities:
To support all IT related matters in Horiba South East Asia
To support HTH on a daily basis, liaise with IT of Horiba Japan IT and also Horiba France.
Able to remote support to Horiba Instrument Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia and able to travel
to each office, when required.
LAN Setup & Maintenance (Firewall, VPN, Switch, Wifi, Printers, etc)
PC Set up & Maintenance
Licenses Management
IT Security Management
Record/ Tracking of IT Assets
Setup/Backup/PM of Servers (NAV, SQL, AD, VPN, ePortal, etc)
User Registration & Deregistration
Liaise w/ISP for Internet Access
Liaise w/HOR IT & HMFR IT for Support
Liaise with Vendors/Service Provider
Qualifications:
2 - 5 years experienced in related field will be advantage
Good interpersonal skill and communication, Positive thinking and team work
Flexible on traveling time, area and able to travel aboard on short notice, if any
Able to work under pressure and meet time line
Good communication in English
