Experienced Windows Phone developer

We are looking for an Windows Phone Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the Windows Phone 8 platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong C# development skills
• Extensive knowledge of the Windows Phone 8 SDK
• Understanding of Windows Phone UI and related design patterns
• Solid understanding of XAML including binding, user controls, control templates, styles, animations, behaviours
• Solid understanding and previous experience of MVVM and related patterns for complex, high performance, scalable applications
• Knowledge of modular application design principles, inversion of control, dependency injection
• Solid understanding of .Net 4.5 Async API and Task-based Asynchronous Pattern (TAP)
• Solid understanding of LINQ to Objects and LINQ to SQL
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Good command of English, both written and oral.
