Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project budget.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Project evaluations and assessment of results.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, Age between 30-40 years old.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related fields.
• At least experiences in managing IT Professionals.
• Board range of technical backgrounds on web base application (both Java and .Net environment)
• Experience in Web Content Management application and Single Sign On application.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodology as it applies to software development.
• Familiar with complex application architecture, large scale application development process.
• Strong in problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent Presentation, Communication and Coordination skills.
• Fast Learner, Leadership, Negotiation, Communication Analytical Thinking.
• Good Command of written and spoken English.
• Experienced with Core Government Business.
