Mainframe Technical Specialist
Responsibilities:-
- Manage service on hardware and software specific to Mainframe platform technical support, implementation, system management and maintenance according to standard and security guideline.
- Deliver on service commitments and participate in account plan
- Ensure positive client satisfaction and relationship
- Participate in technical proposal preparation
- Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and Change Control Process
- Drive and manage subcontractors and third party providers
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT
- At least 2 years' experience in Mainframe Technical Support zOS, CICS, DB2, zVM or zLinux
- Financial and banking industry knowledge is advantage
- Good communication in English
