Second line Support
Second line support position at Vizrt Thailand works as part of QA. The successful candidate will not be afraid to ask questions, and will work independently, taking full responsibility for ensuring that the tasks assigned to him/her are done on time, to the highest quality standard.
Responsibilities:
• provide assistance to ensure the delivery of a high quality software product service during service hours
• Ensure that all incidents and queries are recorded within the ticket system.
• Ensure prioritisation and escalation processes are followed, liaising where necessary with the rest of the R&D team and/or third parties to ensure that all problems are resolved efficiently and effectively.
• At all times ensure that polite and timely communication is carried out with the user community regarding any aspect of service provision.
• To perform reasonable ad hoc tasks required by Management.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or any related fields.
• Experience in Product / IT/ Helpdesk support with multinational company would be advantage.
• Good general technical knowledge of computers, networking technologies.
• Good communication skills – written and verbal (English and Thai)

• Strong Customer Service orientation
• Good analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with staff at all levels and a positive communication manner
