As part of our Global Service Desk, you will contribute to ensure high-quality support coverage for critical business systems. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of Activity Reports - SLA’s and KPI’s - for the ODC clients (Business Units, Group IT). You will issue comprehensive reports out of the various ticketing tools data and make sure they match our clients’ requirements.

Job Responsibilities
•Management and maintenance of Service Desk+ tool
•Management and maintenance of Jira tool
•Administration of knowledgebase system
•Production and distribution of reports from monitoring systems
•Production and distribution of SLA reports to clients extracted from ticketing tools
•Production of Regular dashboard KPI reports in Power Point for distribution to clients
•Assisting with the preparation of monthly management reports
•Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications :
•0-2 years work experience in a MIS Administrator role.
•Good communication skills using the English language both written and verbal.
•Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments to meet reporting deadlines.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. New graduates are also welcome.
•Strong analytical skills
•Previous IT Service Desk/Helpdesk Experience
•Strong ability to create macros, formulas and reports within Excel
•Understanding of IT networking concepts/technologies
