(24 x 7 Shift Based) Attractive and Competitive Salary depending on experience (plus shift allowance)
Essential Job Functions:
• Manage and respond effectively to Level II technical support incidents
• Dispatch engineers to sites and coordinate with onsite personnel
• Communicate with local and regional peers in English
• Work closely with supporting IT technical teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents
• Follow up and pro-actively address critical monitoring issues
• Support servers, applications and other technical platforms around the clock on a rota basis
• Must be ready and willing to work in a shift based environment including night time work
• Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years experience in a Network/Server Support Role
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2003 / Windows 2008
• Knowledge of Active Directory and DNS
• Understanding of Linux OS (Preferably Centos or Redhat)
• Solid Understanding of TCP/IP
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Networking Certification
