Responsibilities:

• Provide support and maintenance for PC hardware/ Network / Application and Operating system for clients
• Supporting Windows, E-mail, and Application users.
• Installing and configuring software to comply with the company’s standard operating systems.
• Day-to-day management in Systems Administration and Systems Backup.
• Self analyze technical issue and be proactive to present solution to clients.
• Provide IT service and support all users in the computer problem.
• Provide support of desktops, laptop, printer, scanner, camera, etc.
• IT Inventory management (i.e. Desktop, Laptop, Print and all IT equipment).
• Other job as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

• Age not over 28 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineer, Information System or related fields.
• 1-3 years’ experience in supporting computer client hardware and software.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge in Computer Hardware and Software.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Server OS 2003, 2008, 2012
• Knowledge in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
• Good service attitude, active and hard-working.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Microsoft Certificates will be an advantage
