ABOUT SEG:
TechSpace, a leading business software and IT Solution provider, is seeking an experienced and technically skilled IT Specialist (Team Lead) to join our team! If you are an excellent person with strong IT knowledge and problem solving skills, you may be the person we are looking for.
JOB SUMMARY:
• Manage IT Team
• Provide on-site IT support and maintenance services to customer.
• Effectively resolve and fix customer IT issues.
• Develop high quality solutions to improve customer’s IT infrastructure.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
• Log issues and prepare reports to customer.
• Support Systems Integration team with project implementation.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• IT knowledge and experience in Windows OS and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Able to work fast and response quickly to the customer
• Have strong service mind with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good inter-personal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in Unix/Linux is a plus.
• Good command English is a plus.
• Thai Citizens
• Have MCSA, MCDST, MCITP, CCNA or CCNP
