Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience a strong plus.
• Back-end web development background in PHP and related frameworks and tools
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Understanding of failure modes effects and analysis
• Knowledge in computer architecture and system design
• Ability to understand test scripts and software programs
• Strong communication skills and must be able to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms
• Strong problem solving, analysis, and experiment design skills
• Excellent team work skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Preferred experience:
• Prior 1-3 years in web development/programming
• Knowledge in web development using PHP/ASP, HTML, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript programming
Compensation package:
• Competitive salary + individual bonus + firm profit sharing
• Option to work from remote up to 50% of the time
