Job Description:

•Arrange and conduct meeting with business users including presentation preparation if the session needed

•Interview and gather business processes and requirements with business users

•Develop requirement analysis document and system design document both in Thai and English version

•Work as communication channel with SA team in order to seek the answer from business users (if needed)

•Work together with SA team for analyzing requirement and developing design

•Report to Team Leader or PM

•Develop test scenario and test script document

•Assist and conduct system test (UAT , SIT and Other Test) with Tester or Users.

•Prepare training material and conduct training (train the trainer)

•Go-Live support with business users

•According to the direction of team leader or PM, conduct all of the activities including documentation.

Qualification:

•Bachelor degree or higher in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, MBA, Marketing, MIS, IT or related

•Understanding on Insurance Business (Life Insurance will be preferred such as Product, Underwriting, Claim, Actuary, Policy Owner Service and other related)

•At least 3 years experience of insurance business process

•At least 5 years experience of business analyst and system implementation

•Good in English verbal (speaking & writing)

•Good in communication and presentation skill

•Good documentation skill (MS Word, Power Point, Excel and other office tools)

•Understanding software development life cycle process

•Initiative, negotiable and logical thinking person
