Our development team is looking for star candidates who can take part in product development and project customization. You will be working on development projects based on Java Enterprise Software architecture. Additionally your job tasks will include module design, documentation and development. You and your team members will be left to spearhead and drive development projects through the development lifecycle, which will eventually be handed over to our Quality Assurance and testing team.

To be considered for this role, we will ideally be looking for the following:

Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science and IT related field
At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in Java Programming
Object Oriented and design pattern skills.
Backend development: knowledge/experience with Java Frameworks i.e. Spring (preferable), Hibernate (preferable)
Frontend development: knowledge/experience with Java Frameworks ie JSF (preferable), RichFaces (preferable) or similar.
Lead and been a key player in development projects: knowledge/experience with Java Frameworks i.e. JSF (preferable), RichFaces (preferable) or similar.
Knowledge in RDBMS and SQL: Oracle (preferable)/ MySQL/Microsoft SQL Server 2005
Strong ability to mentor junior members of the team and drive projects.
Experience with UNIX will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
