##Pre-Sales Technical Consultant##
Responsibilities:
- Represent as Sangfor Vendor Product Expert to support all customers
- Working on-site, as project leader, to start project, design the technical work scope and project planning with Sales team and Engineer team
- Provide technical solutions base on SANGFOR’s products, to be complete or be replace or be better solution, according to customer requirement
- Prepare and ensure solutions to offer meet customer requirements with competitive edge and differentiation
- Face-to-face engagement (on-site support) with Customer to provide Technical and Sales Support
- Emphasis on Presales role such as product presentation, project report, Proof of Concept (PoC), competitive analysis and Tender document
- Channel/Partner Development role such as Product Training, Making Product and Solution
- Document, Increasing Channel/Partner Technical skill base on Sangfor Product's
- Develop and provide suitable training courses to improve product presentations skills for sales and partners
- Support sales teams to achieve sales target by develop competitive strategy/solution with feasible, realist and executable action plan
**Requirements:**
- Age not over 32 years
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree on Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of technical or engineering experience with pre-sales in the related field including networking, security is required, prefer previous experience with famous IT Vendor or famous IT Distributor
- Required skill(s): Pre-sales product documentation skill, competitive analysis, Product Presentations and Demonstrations
- Required skill(s): IT Network Security Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, Security+, etc. were preferable
- Good command of both spoken and written English is a must
- Good communication and coordination skills; Demonstrated ability to build good relationships with prospective business partners
Required skill(s):
- Solid knowledge of network best practices. Thorough understanding of TCP/IP, including common protocols, applications, routing, and the OSI Model
- Knowledge of firewall, UTM, Network Security technologies, WAN Acceleration
- Good understanding about main stream network equipment
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with solid technical troubleshooting skill
- Technical Certified along with proven experience will be an advantage
