ถ้าหมายถึงเขียนโปรแกรมบน

ถ้าหมายถึงเขียนโปรแกรมบน Android เพื่อดู VOD ก็เหนื่อยหน่อยครับ เพราะ fragment มันเยอะ Android แต่ละเวอร์ชั่น ตัว player มาตรฐานที่มีให้มันเล่น format ของ live streaming ได้ไม่เท่ากัน
รุ่นเก่าจะเล่น rtsp ได้ แต่เล่น http ไม่ได้ ส่วนรุ่นใหม่จะเล่น http ได้ แต่เล่น rtsp ไม่ได้ ยิ่งโหดไปกว่านั้น เครื่อง Samsung รุ่นต่ำๆ บางรุ่น เล่นไม่ได้เลย ต้องพึ่ง external library แทน
ถ้าเอาง่ายสุด ก็ต้องให้ผู้ใช้ลงโปรแกรม พวก VLC หรือ MxPlayer แล้ว เรียกผ่าน Intent แทนครับ
