IT Support

Job Detail:

IT Support position requires a person with excellent Windows 7 troubleshooting skill and at the same time having a great desire in learning and working with the Ubuntu system. Your day to day job will be about providing both technical expertise (either on your own or by involving your colleagues) and about being an excellent communicator and a service oriented professional.

Whether you’ve just become the local Linux guru between your friends or you’re a seasoned system administrator , if you love learning something new all the time and it makes your day when customers and colleagues thank you for your help, this may be the job for you.

Responsibility:

• Every day you will have to make judgment remote supports regarding your ticket queue
• Investigate on the problem by doing your own research and by involving the team as necessary.
• Provide technical support to our 1000+ users in various countries.
• Work with several Linux servers located in various countries.
• Collaborate with management and engineering in order to resolve service issues.
• Keep on learning as our products and services grow and evolve.
• Gain subject matter expertise in one or more areas.

Qualifications:

• Possession of bachelor degree in information system ,business computer , computer science or related fields.
• More than 2 year of experience in Information Technology Support Services.
• Experienced in Help Desk or technical support.
• Excellent knowledge in Windows 7 or Ubuntu.
• Considerable knowledge of System / Network maintenance support and administration.
• Possess good logical troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve problems associated with operating system malfunctions
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Possess good written and verbal command in English.
• Willing to learn something new.
