Responsibilities:
• Work with staff to plan program code enhancements and changes.
• Provide assistance to technical support staff when they are unable to resolve a program, SQL database, or IT issue by themselves.
• Be able to explore and work with new emerging trends and technologies.
• Self-starter and learner
• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server, VB6, Virtual Machines i.e. VMWare, Hyper B.
• Working knowledge of Windows platform including Windows 2003 Server and above.
• Working knowledge networking, VPN, Proxy etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot Hardware problems.
• Ability to provide remote support.
• Willingness to work at odd hours.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
Requirements:
• A bachelor degree or higher qualification in relevant field of study.
• The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience with:
Experience with the following is desirable but not required:
• MS Office
• Networking/LANs, TCP/IP protocol
• Prior work experience with Fast food chain.
• Point Of Sale software familiarity with food business.
