Dextra Asia Co. Ltd. is looking for its IT Specialist.
Under the supervision of the IT Operations Manager, your role will be to ensure the proper running of the day-to-day operations. You will also work closely with our teams in Thailand, India and China as well as outsourcing partners in Brazil, France, UAE, and Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
•Control processing of requests, incidents and changes.
•Track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
•Supervise process management of IT assets.
•Ensure quality of IT service provided to 450 users (communication services: Email, video conference, VoIP, internet access... and user services: Desktop and laptops, trainings and support...).
•Organize and conduct user training sessions.
•Provide 1st level technical support on computer software and hardware in a corporate network environment.
•Participate in improvements on processes and documentation.
•Maintain and control IT assets inventory, source software and hardware for IT team and handle the purchase process internally with departments involved.
Requirements / Qualifications:
•Age: 25-30 years old.
•Nationality: Thai only.
•Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields.
•Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
•Knowledge of the followings is required:◦Desktop computer and applications (Windows, Office, Exchange) expertise
◦Network administration – basics (VLAN, Cisco IOS, WiFi)
◦System administration – basics (Active Directory, Print Servers, WSUS, Windows Server 2008)
◦ITIL Service Management Framework knowledge is a plus
◦Dell KACE K1000 knowledge is a plus
•Customer oriented and excellent team player.
•Strong communication skills, enthusiastic and positive thinking.
•Good command in English, both written and spoken.
